Bloodmarked by Tracy Deonn: Book Review 📖

Book Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐💫

            🌶️

From the first book to the second, it still kept me enthralled. The story building is amazing and the way Tracy Deonn can build her characters more and more is great. I loved the building of feelings, the choices Bree has to make and the ending had me shocked and ready for the third book.

What's it about: Bree joined the Legendborn order (a secret society descended from King Arthur’s knights) just so she could find out about her mom. Now she discovered her ancestral power; she is a medium, bloodcrafter, and King Author Scion. When Nick, the Legendborn boy Bree fell in love with, has been kidnapped Bree and her friends set out to go find Nick because the Regents want to hide the war. Regents who rule the Order won’t let her fight because, to them, she is an unknown girl with unheard-of power, and is the living anchor for the spell that preserves the Legendborn cycle. But enemies are everywhere, Bree’s powers are unpredictable and dangerous, and she can’t escape her growing attraction to Selwyn, the mage sworn to protect Nick until death. If Bree has any hope of saving herself and the people she loves, she must learn to control her powers from the ancestors who wielded them first—without losing herself in the process.
